The Department of Defense Cyber Crime Institute (DCCI) develops the foundation for accepted standards based on science and law. It serves as a resource for sound research to produce unique tools and procedures for the DoD law enforcement and counter-intelligence communities. Cipher Tech Solutions (CTS) supports DCCI’s core mission to remain on the cutting edge of future investigations through research, development, and testing and evaluation. CTS’s chief responsibility is to develop, analyze, and test cyber forensic related tools, techniques, and processes that are applied to the fields of counter-intelligence, information assurance, information operations and applied forensics.
As of early 2009, our company has participated in ongoing testing and evaluation of reverse engineering programs, methods and processes; p2p digital evidence recovery tools, registry analysis programs, and malware analysis.
